PT Arena Sinergi Prima (ASP) is a national defense-industry company operating as system integrator and producer of the IPP Set — Integrated Personal Protection — fielded to the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI AD, AL, AU), National Police (Polri) and other security agencies.

ASP converts each unit's operational requirement into a fully configured soldier protection system — ballistic head and torso protection, hard armor plates, load-bearing equipment, hand and environmental protection — engineered, produced, tested and handed over as a single mission-ready kit.

Mission-level configuration of the complete IPP Set

  • Requirement analysis and threat assessment per unit and area of operations
  • Configuration of protection level, sizing matrix, camouflage and mission modules
  • Interoperability across helmet, armor carrier and MOLLE/PALS load-carriage
  • Qualification of manufacturing partners and ballistic-material supply chain
  • Integrated logistics support: kitting, packing, operator training and after-sales

Producer

Controlled production of IPP components

  • Fabrication of tactical carriers, pouches and load-bearing equipment (Cordura 1000D)
  • Assembly of soft armor panels (Aramid UD / UHMWPE) and helmet fit-out
  • Final set integration, marking and serialization per contract
  • In-process QC, first article inspection and lot acceptance testing
  • Joint development with, and transfer of technology from, global IPP component manufacturers
  • Domestic production to increase Indonesian local content (TKDN)

Stand-alone (SA) plates tested to NIJ Standard 0101.06, sized for the front and back plate pockets of ASP armor carriers. Escalate the protection level from IIIA to IV to match the threat in the area of operations.

MOLLE/PALS Pouch System
